FLOW ATHLETIC LAUNCH EVENT

Last night, heralded the opening launch opening of Flow Athletic. Flow Athletic is a balanced and complete workout experience of yoga, group cycle and TRX and is based in Paddington and founded by leading professional Ben Lucas and progressive yoga teacher, Kate Kendal. The event was not your usual event of canapes and champagne, but a fun fueled hour event of a 30 minute group cycle class of high interval training by Ben Lucas then followed by a soothing and relaxing 30 minute yoga class headed by Kate Kendall. To finish off we were greeted with delicious icy cold young coconuts and a much needed new Puma gym bag filled with Aesop and Puma products.
